2. Data We Collect
Full name, work email, organization name, job title (optional), WhatsApp number (optional), organization type, requested tier, and the description of requirements you fill in.
3. Purposes of Processing
Data is used for the pre-qualification of the Discovery Sprint, contacting you regarding your submission (within 1 business day), and compiling tier recommendations/proposals. Data will not be used for other purposes without separate consent.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is carried out based on your consent provided when submitting the form, and to fulfill your request.
5. Third Parties / Data Processors
The form is managed via Tally and data submissions are stored in Notion. These providers may process/store data outside Indonesia.
6. Storage & Retention
Data is stored for as long as necessary for the above purposes. After that, the data is deleted unless there are legal obligations requiring longer storage.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
8. Data Subject Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete data, withdraw consent, and object to the processing. Requests can be submitted to legal@sahaware.co.id.
