Service Lines

Six Ways We Work — Choose Based on Your Stage of Need

Each service line is a standalone module. You can start with one, or combine several depending on the complexity of your operational needs.

Application & Product Design

Before building, we make sure you're building the right thing. This service line focuses on exploring operational problems, validating real needs, and producing a testable product design before full development investment begins.

Who It's For

You have clear symptoms of an operational problem (e.g. slow manual processes, inconsistent data) but no defined digital solution shape yet, or want to validate an idea before committing a large budget.

Short Working Process

  1. 1Discovery workshop with your operational stakeholders.
  2. 2Mapping of user flows & critical decision points.
  3. 3Wireframing/prototyping for early validation.
  4. 4Initial backlog & acceptance criteria definition.

Example Deliverable

A problem statement document, user flow diagram, an interactive click-through prototype, and an initial backlog ready to form the basis of an SOW for the Software Project line.

Best for

Best fit if: You're not yet sure of the right solution shape, and want to ensure your next development investment is well-targeted.

Software Project (Fixed Scope)

For clearly defined needs, we work within a scope and timeline locked in upfront through a formal Statement of Work (SOW) — you get budget and release-date certainty from day one of the contract.

Who It's For

You already know exactly what system is needed (e.g. as a result of a Discovery Sprint or the Application & Product Design line), and need cost and time certainty that can be accounted for internally.

Short Working Process

  1. 1Finalize scope & milestones with your team.
  2. 2Draft a formal SOW & release targets.
  3. 3Phased implementation per milestone with periodic review.
  4. 4UAT & handover with complete documentation.

Example Deliverable

An SOW document with scheduled milestones, a working system per the agreed scope, technical documentation, and a post-release warranty period.

Best for

Best fit if: Your needs are already clear and you need contractual certainty — not exploration, but execution.

Software Product (Dedicated Squad)

For products or systems that keep evolving, we provide one consistent, long-term committed squad — working in sprint cadence, with a roadmap that adapts to every shift in your business priorities.

Who It's For

Your system isn't a one-off project — needs keep changing as operations grow, and you need a team that deeply understands your business context over time, not a new team for every new requirement.

Short Working Process

  1. 1Squad onboarding & deep business context understanding.
  2. 2Initial roadmap & backlog prioritization.
  3. 3Regular sprint execution with periodic demos & reviews.
  4. 4Roadmap continuously updated as needs evolve.

Example Deliverable

Regular feature releases per sprint, a living product roadmap, and periodic progress reports for your internal reporting.

Best for

Best fit if: Your needs will keep changing, and you need consistent team ownership more than a project contract rewritten every time.

Software Quality Assurance (QA)

An independent verification layer for systems built by your own team or another vendor. We run comprehensive testing on a work-hour credit basis, log defects systematically, and provide a clear recommendation on release readiness.

Who It's For

You already have a development team (internal or another vendor) but need an independent party to validate quality before release — especially for systems whose downtime directly impacts critical operations.

Short Working Process

  1. 1Mapping test scenarios based on highest operational risk.
  2. 2Comprehensive test execution (functional, regression, basic security).
  3. 3Systematic defect logging & classification.
  4. 4Release-readiness recommendation with clear justification.

Example Deliverable

A structured test results report, a classified defect list (critical/major/minor), and a go/no-go release recommendation.

Best for

Best fit if: You need independent quality validation before your critical system goes live, without handing over all development to us.

Software Maintenance & Support

For systems already live, the biggest risk is no longer development — it's operational disruption. This line ensures post-release stability through strict response SLAs, allocated work-hour quotas, minor fixes, routine patching, and periodic reporting.

Who It's For

Your system is already running (built by us or another party) and you need ongoing support certainty with clear accountability — not "responsive when available."

Short Working Process

  1. 1System condition audit & SLA agreement (response time, escalation).
  2. 2Proactive monitoring & monthly work-hour quota allocation.
  3. 3Issue handling & patching per urgency level.
  4. 4Periodic reporting (uptime, resolved issues, recommendations).

Example Deliverable

A signed SLA document, monthly uptime & incident reports, and a documented fix/patch log.

Best for

Best fit if: Your system is already live, and you need an accountable SLA — not a verbal promise.

Custom Enterprise Solution

For needs spanning a combination of several service lines at once, with complex internal governance requirements, industry regulatory compliance, and infrastructure scale. We design a fully tailored combined service package — not a generic template.

Who It's For

Your needs go beyond a single service line — for example, requiring Discovery, Dedicated Squad implementation, and Managed Support simultaneously, with specific sector compliance requirements (healthcare, energy, finance).

Short Working Process

  1. 1Comprehensive governance & regulatory needs assessment.
  2. 2Designing the relevant combination of service lines.
  3. 3Drafting an umbrella contract with tiered SLA structure.
  4. 4Coordinated execution across service lines.

Example Deliverable

A combined service package proposal, an umbrella contract with per-branch/unit SLA structure, and a project governance structure tailored to your corporate audit needs.

Best for

Best fit if: Your needs are complex and involve many internal stakeholders — you need one partner managing the whole, not several separate vendors you must coordinate yourself.
